Free Shipping can only be guaranteed through TODAY, and is only available within the continental United States. Outside of the continental United States, you still save the normal $14.95 shipping fee but you do pay the normal additional shipping costs. Please contact us for the exact shipping rate for your delivery location.
Return Policy: Returns are VERY seldom with our product, however it has happened. You may return any new, unused item within 30 days of the delivery date. We will refund the full amount for the product returned, but not the $14.95 shipping/handling charge. We will pay the exact return shipping cost if the product is defective or if the return is a result of an error on our behalf. Please allow us to have the product picked up by our shipper if we the return shipping cost is our responsibility due to an error on our part.
