Return Policy: Returns are VERY seldom with our product, however it has happened. You may return any new, unused item within 30 days of the delivery date. We will refund the full amount for the product returned, but not the $14.95 shipping/handling charge. If you received free shipping, we will deduct $14.95 from your refund as we paid the shipping to ship the product to you. We will pay the exact return shipping cost if the product is defective or if the return is a result of an error on our behalf.
